As part of our business continuity and resiliency planning, all our offices across North America, Europe, and Asia are fully operational. We are following the guidelines of the local governments where our offices are located. Our teams are currently working in a rotation scheme, dividing their time between our offices and working from home. We have set a limit to the number of colleagues who can be in the office at the same time and we actively monitor this. We incorporated several additional health measures to guarantee a safe working environment for our employees. As an international business, we have a long history of conducting interviews around the world using digital technology. For recruitment, virtual job interviews are business as usual and we continue to conduct interviews online as always. Final onsite interviews can either take place online or in-person if you currently live near one of our offices (Amsterdam, New York, Paris, Shanghai) and feel comfortable doing so. It will not impact the recruiting process if you are not able to visit our office in person in this final stage.
When you successfully complete our recruiting process and choose to join ACT from abroad, we still facilitate your move. Depending on the code our local government assigns to the country you are currently residing in, we ask you to self-quarantine prior to your starting date at our office.
