We are seeking a Product Owner (PO) for the CTRM system to define the vision, and lead the roadmap for key initiatives that supports ACT’s strategic objectives. You will be responsible for managing the Trading and Risk Management System (CTRM) to ensure it aligns with ACT’s business objectives and delivers continuous value. You will also oversee the backlog including managing any issues, enhancements, change requests, and ensuring seamless collaboration between business stakeholders, vendor, and internal teams.

This role requires a strong business-oriented product ownership mindset, experience working with IT teams, and a background in (commodity) trading, settlement, CTRM, or financial services. In essence, your role involves:

• Define the product vision and strategy for the CTRM system, aligning it with business goals and operational needs.
• Develop and manage the CTRM product roadmap to prioritize enhancements, system improvements, and support initiatives.
• Act as the primary contact for business stakeholders, IT teams, and SaaS vendor, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
• Assess and manage change requests submitted by CTRM users, determining feasibility, securing Business, and manage accordingly.
• Determine whether changes can be executed internally or need external support.
• Ensure the resolution is properly reviewed and implemented before closing the request.
• Manage the CTRM backlog, prioritizing and defining clear and actionable tasks for development and support teams.
• Monitor KPIs and SLAs to measure system performance, identify optimization opportunities, and drive continuous improvement.
• Maintain and develop functional and technical documentation for training, service desk support, and knowledge-sharing.
• Work closely with the CTRM core team to align on enhancements, technical feasibility, recurring issues, and support readiness to ensure system stability and efficiency.

This role is essential in ensuring the CTRM system supports ACT’s growth, providing both operational stability and strategic enhancements that drive efficiency and business value. To be successful in this role, we are looking for candidates with the following qualifications and attributes:

• 6+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager, preferably in trading, financial services, or risk management.
• Strong experience in product strategy, backlog management, and Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Background in high-pressure trading environments is a plus.
• Ability to translate business processes into product requirements and drive their execution in a dynamic setting.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, guiding teams in enterprise agility.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to learning and continuous improvement.
• Experience in managing third-party SaaS vendor relationships.
• Data-driven mindset, with the ability to track KPIs and optimize product performance.
