Your Role in Our Story:

You will work closely with multiple development teams, giving them the required guidance and doing the hands-on work to make sure our systems comply with the quality requirements of our business. You will need the ability to create processes from scratch, involving:

  • Defining test cases with support from dedicated business analysts.

  • Development of multiple layers of testing.

  • Introducing new testing technologies and mentoring the development teams in their usage.

  • Documenting system errors and collaborating with the development teams in their resolution.

  • Communicating with business stakeholders to define quality metrics.

  • Fully own the Quality Assurance process and the way of working.

Your Expertise: 

To be successful in this role, we are looking for candidates with the following qualifications and attributes: 

At least 4 years of experience as a Quality Assurance Engineer or a similar role.

  • Programming experience with Python, and familiarity with the rest of our technology stack
  • Experience testing REST APIs.
  • Experience with testing technologies such as Selenium, Cypress, Behave or similar
  • Experience across multiple levels of testing such as Sanity, Usability, Smoke, Functional, Manual, Integration, Regression, E2E, Unit, and User Acceptance Testing
  • Experience with planning, creating and managing the overall processes and strategic planning for Quality Assurance across the organization, based on analysis of the quality of existing systems
  • Experience integrating automated tests with CI/CD pipelines, as well as creating reports from their execution, using tools such as Allure or similar
  • Proficiency documenting Test Cases, Bug Reports and technical processes
  • Experience with working with Agile development teams
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present reports and metrics to senior management
  • Strong sense of how to get the most test/quality value out of limited capacity
  • Bachelors' degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Above all, a strong team player
