Your Role in Our Story:

As our organization grows, we are seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to join our HR Europe Team. In this role, you will play an important role in navigating the complexities of diverse cultures, stakeholders, and highly demanding work environments, while also be a reliable partner for organizational development advice and a role model to your HR colleagues. You will be responsible for fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment, translating (Global) HR policies, and supporting managers in making people-related decisions. Additionally, you will report directly to the Manager HR Europe.

In essence, your role involves:

  • Collaborate closely with the HRPB’s in Europe, APAC and US, also with the business to shape, align and execute the ACT people strategy.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to the (senior) managers on talent management, organizational development and employee engagement.
  • Effectively drive change management initiatives and ensure smooth transitions in HR transactional processes (inflow, development, health, and exit) and policies across various regions.
  • Take the lead in communication strategies to effectively bridge gaps between teams to align with global objectives.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that promote cultural integration, diversity, equity, and inclusion.
  • Proactively engage with (senior) managers across various functions that have different people agendas and are in different phases of their growth journey.
  • Participate in and support assigned HR initiatives while collaborating with management to define workforce needs and help achieve short- and long-term business goals.

Your Expertise: 

To be successful in this role, we are looking for a highly energetic and proactive individual with a great sense of humour and natural curiosity. You should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment where driving excellence is a top priority. 

  • Bachelor’s/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven HRBP experience (minimum 5 years) in employee relations, talent management, and total rewards within a global organization, with knowledge of Dutch labour law are essential.
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills across all level organization, on-site and remote teams.
  • Ability to translate business needs into HR Initiatives and solutions.
  • Fluency in English. Dutch speaker or other European languages is a PLUS!
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret HR data and provide valuable insights.
  • Results-driven mentality, takes ownership and has the flexibility to get the job done.
