As our organization grows, we are seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to join our HR Europe Team. In this role, you will play an important role in navigating the complexities of diverse cultures, stakeholders, and highly demanding work environments, while also be a reliable partner for organizational development advice and a role model to your HR colleagues. You will be responsible for fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment, translating (Global) HR policies, and supporting managers in making people-related decisions. Additionally, you will report directly to the Manager HR Europe.
