As an HR Advisor you would be responsible for:

 

  • Advising and supporting management and the business with regards to the implementation of personnel policy and application of the performance cycle;
  • Being actively involved in performance management and talent development programs;
  • Answering various HR related questions from employees and managers and acting as a point of contact for HR in the Business Support departments and the Front Office department;
  • Coordinating and taking executive action in the fields of inflow, throughflow and outflow;
  • Identifying bottlenecks in the field of organization and personnel policy and making proposals for improvement to the HR Manager;
  • Compiling HR reports;
  • Following relevant internal and external developments in personnel policy regulations and instruments, and translating these changes into concrete proposals;
  • Supporting managers with recruitment, selection, leave of absence guidance, as well as reintegrating and training of new employees;
  • HR Projects: setting up an internal learning & development academy, HR system implementation, setting up onboarding and training programs.

 

The department consists of Corporate Recruiters, a Recruitment Manager, an HR Manager and HR Officers and is managed by the HR Director. Your ambitions, service orientation, ability to work independently and stress resistance add a lot to this environment. You report directly to the HR Manager.

 

Your qualifications as an HR Advisor:

  • Completed Master's degree in Human Resource Management or comparable;
  • 2-5 years of relevant work experience;
  • Affinity with and knowledge of HR processes and systems;
  • Fluent in English and another European languages.
