As our HR Business Partner, you play an important role in the further growth of our organization.  You will be responsible for providing sound counsel and guidance in all areas of Human Resource practice in line with the business strategy. Besides, you will lead some important HR projects that really will make the difference for our employees and their growth.

You realize ACT’s ambitious growth goals by ensuring excellent design and execution of all areas of HR practice resulting in strong employee relations, while tracking and analyzing the HR Metrics.
As the trusted advisor assigned to managers in the teams, you will partner and proactively work alongside the managers and employees to foster a high performing organization that instils our entrepreneurial and vibrant Culture.
 
You will report to the HR Director Europe and will be part of an enthusiastic and driven team.
 
As a trusted advisor you:
• Drive a high performing and engaged organization together with management;
• Be pro-active in identifying people issues and trends within the business;
• Serve as a mediator, coach, and counsel for all managers of the organization;
• Steer the Performance Management Cycle and safeguard the quality in order to develop our people;
• Define the workforce requirements and make it happen in order to achieve short- and long term business objectives;
• Address people development needs /capability needs (knowledge, skills & behavior) in coordination with our People Organisational Development manager;
• Are a champion in excellent execution of the HR transactional processes (inflow, development, health and exit);
• Drive, develop & execute HR Communication;
• Drive and implement HR Projects (well-being of our employees, engagement).
 
What do you bring:
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a HR Business Partner or HR Advisor;
• Preferably work in a scale-up organization. Bonus if you worked in a fintech company/ financial service environment which has a strong commercial drive;
• Knowledge of the Dutch labour law and a degree (master) Business Administration or any other related field;
• Ability to build relationships and work through all levels of the organization;
• Ability to analyze, interpret HR data and start making recommendations based on these insights;
• Experience in employee issues, health management, talent management and working from a total rewards approach;
• Ownership & Result driven & Professional with humor;
• A connector who is well spoken, self-started, proactive and who has good sense for business dynamics & organizational sensitivity;
• There’ s always room to improve.
