Wat ga je doen?
Als HR Officer ben je actief in alle operationele taken van de HR-processen van het hoofdkantoor in Amsterdam. Daarnaast voorzie je de Business Support Managers, Trading Desk Managers en medewerkers van advies en reportages betreffende HR-gerelateerde onderwerpen. Je fungeert als eerstelijns vraagbaak voor de business voor uiteenlopende HR-gerelateerde onderwerpen. Je zult worden opgeleid in de uitvoering van de HR Performance Cycle, met in het bijzonder het Traineeship Programma voor traders.

 

 

Meer specifiek heb je de volgende taken en verantwoordelijkheden:

- Het coördineren, faciliteren en begeleiden van HR-processen zoals onboarding, performance management & development, ziekteverzuim, 30% regeling, visa, salarismutaties en verlof;
- De administratie rondom in, door- en uitstroom van personeel;
- Het voorbereiden van alle correspondentie inzake arbeidsvoorwaarden en contracten, inclusief het bewaken van termijnen waarbij je bijzonderheden aan het management rapporteert;
- Het vervullen van de rol van casemanager voor alle medewerkers binnen kantoor;
- Kwartaalrapportage van HR-kengetallen.

 

 

De afdeling Human Resources is verantwoordelijk voor de HR-processen rondom in-, door- en uitstroom van personeel. De afdeling bestaat uit Corporate Recruiters, een Recruitment Manager, een HR Manager en HR Officers, en wordt aangestuurd door de HR Director.

 

 

Wat vragen wij?
-
Minimaal een afgeronde HBO-/WO opleiding, bij voorkeur in een HR gerelateerde richting;
- 1-2 jaar relevante werkervaring;
- Kennis van MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
- Affiniteit met en kennis van HR-processen en systemen;
- Nederlands is je moedertaal en je weet je uitstekend in het Engels, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk, uit te drukken.

 

 

Als HR Officer ben je een echte communicator, sensitief, hulpvaardig en servicegericht. Je weet van aanpakken, ziet kansen en bent een kei in plannen en organiseren. Uiteraard ben je accuraat, betrokken en nieuwsgierig. Je bent ambitieus en goed in staat zelfstandig te werken. Verder weet je om te gaan met een hoge werkdruk hetgeen je aanzet tot grote prestaties!
