Primary Responsibilities
In general as Human Resource Associate you will manage end-to-end human resource processes for our Singapore office including but not limited to recruitment, onboarding & offboarding, payroll & benefits administration, performance management, career & compensation planning, training & development programs, employee relations, global mobility, immigration cases, headcount reporting and more. Your primary responsibilities will therefore be:
- Attracting, selecting and hiring the APAC team for ACT. Managing the full lifecycle recruitment process for new vacancies, in close cooperation with the global sourcing and recruitment team in Amsterdam, the Netherlands.
- Assuming the a role as a Business Partner for the Managing Director of the region and the management team.
- Acting as the contact person for all benefits and payroll inquiries an liaise with our third-party benefits and partners
- Ensuring compliance with national, regional and local employment laws and regulations
- Creating and reviewing policies and recommending best practices in conjunction with our legal department
- Managing HR administration and maintaining employees’ personnel files, including updating HRIS and ensuring information is maintained with accuracy and confidentiality
- Preparing and managing annual HR & headcount budgets with our finance department
- Researching and analyzing HR trends and propose initiatives to remain an employer of choice
- Liaising with global and local executive boards to align HR strategies and initiatives with overall business objectives
- Partnering with global HR team to ensure cross-utilization of information and projects
- Coaching and supporting managers as it relates to HR processes and procedures
- Maintaining accurate HR records & systems; enhancing integrations and efficiency of systems where necessary
- Responding to all HR related queries within the company and ad hoc projects
- You will report to the HR Director and be part of the Global HR & Recruitment department.
Qualifications
- 2-4+ years working in a Human Resources function
- Master’s degree required
- Proficient in MS Office Suite
- Must be a self-starter, highly resourceful, and have the ability to work independently
- Keen sense of discretion and extremely attentive to detail
- Able to interact effectively and professionally with all levels of firm personnel, including management
