ACT is growing at a rapid rate, so is the recruitment team at ACT in Amsterdam. To support our growth we are looking for a team leader in our Front Office recruitment team.
Within our team we offer you room for initiative; you are going to run your own show. You manage the entire recruitment process from beginning to end: you seek candidates, interview them and enthuse them to work for us. Are you able to make the perfect match? Then you make the job offer and conduct the negotiations. ACT grew quickly the past couple of years from start up to scale up but we never make concessions on quality. You get that and only go for the very best people. You are our powerhouse for when the going get tough.
You will have three direct reports; three motivated and enthusiastic recruiters. Next to the obvious managerial tasks (approval expenses, holiday, performance reviews etc.), we expect you to offer your team members the support they need to be able to achieve their goals. As recruiters they all have their own specialties and drivers, as a recruiter yourself you can see those. You know how to make good people shine through.
The front office recruitment team currently consists of a recruitment coordinator, a recruitment manager, a sourcer, three recruiters, and an intern. Next to open vacancies, there is a large variety of different recruitment-related ongoing projects, such as campus activities, job marketing, recruitment events, or process optimizations.
- Sourcing impossible to find candidates on LinkedIn like a boss;
- Checking usage of our Applicant Tracking Software (Greenhouse) and running reports;
- Working with hiring managers and recruiters throughout the recruitment lifecycle, from approvals and intakes to job postings, or pre screenings;
- Delivering on and reducing our time to hire;
- Motivating and supporting your team;
- Participating in different recruitment projects;
- Thinking of fun things to do in- and outside the office.
- You have at least 5 years of experience in Recruitment, at a senior level, preferably with a focus on very difficult to find positions;
- Experience in corporate recruitment preferred;
- Experience making employment agreements and familiar with most visa regulations;
- A degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or any other related field;
- You are a well-spoken and professional multitasker;
- Open minded individual, ready to work in a fast-paced environment.
- You are both a team player as well as a reliable individual;
- Fluent in English and another language, Dutch is a plus.
