In essence, your role involves:

• Working as part of the Strategy and Development team and collaborating closely with traders, business managers, R&D, and M&A
• Conducting analysis and providing strategic recommendations on future opportunities for ACT
  • Analysis on markets that ACT operates in (trends, dynamics, etc.) and regulations in order to identify new business opportunities for ACT
  • Formulating strategic recommendations as to how ACT should pursue these opportunities
  • Implementing and steering chosen strategies through collaboration with traders, sr. mgmt., M&A, or other departments
• Investigating the (climate)tech landscape to identify opportunities to build out ACT’s digital capabilities and enhance customer experience
• Formulating buy, build, or partner recommendations to accelerate growth

To be successful in this role, we are looking for candidates with the following qualifications and attributes:

• Educational or professional background in sustainability and business
• Knowledge of sustainability frameworks (GHG protocol, CDP etc.)
• Experience in consulting, corporate strategy, sustainability, or related fields.
• Tech oriented (AI, blockchain, etc.) and knowledge of IT platforms and solutions
• A strong interest in sustainable business and climate finance
• Proficiency in PowerPoint and strong communication skills
• 0-2 years of experience
• Eager and curious to learn new things
• Autonomous and self-motivated individual
• Curious, smart, and communicative personality
